The 2 MW in the Nasirabad area in Lower Hunza will cater to an additional 49% (23,406 people) of both Central and Lower Hunza population. This additional capacity will increase the power availability in winter from four hours to nine hours and in summer from nine hours to 17 hours. 2MW SPP will add annually 3.15 million KWh to the system.
