NPAK Energy Limited is looking for an experienced IT/Billing Systems Administrator to join our team in Hunza District, Gilgit-Baltistan!

📍 Location: Hunza District, GB

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & maintain IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and business apps
• Oversee Billing Management System (BMS) availability, access controls, & backups
• Maintain technical integrations (APIs, banking gateways, SMS, AMI metering, ERPs)
• Monitor automated AMI meter reads for completeness and accuracy
• Enforce cybersecurity, firewalls, data protection, & IT policies

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in IT, CS, Computer/Software Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years in system administration, database management, & utility billing/ERP systems
• Expertise in APIs, payment/SMS gateways, & vendor management
• Fluent in English & Urdu (local languages a plus)
