NPAK Energy Limited is looking for an experienced, hands-on Billing Manager to join our team in Hunza District, Gilgit-Baltistan!

📍 Location: Hunza District, GB (Local preference)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end billing cycle (meter reads, bill generation, SMS dispatch)
• Review & approve bill runs, waivers, and adjustments
• Manage billing software vendor relationships & contracts
• Track & report key utility KPIs (billed vs. collected, reconciliation)
• Lead team operations across AMI metering, payments, & dispute resolution

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, BBA, Accounting, EE, CS, or IT (MBA preferred)
• 3–5 years in utility billing, revenue, or energy operations
• Hands-on expertise in billing software platforms & smart metering
• Fluent in English & Urdu
